It’s called Glittering prizes, and sole purpose of this application is to show user latest price drops on marketplace.
User can browse list of price drops and view details of application and buy!

zTop update details

Today I updated zTop application, so it’s working again.
Besides fixing some problems I had with hosting, I added 3 interesting pieces to the application:

Pinned applications
you can find you applications and pin them to the homepage so you don’t need to search them next time

News feed
you can easily track latest news (both good and bad) using [...]

View detailed application ratings using zTop

Now you can see your application ratings over all categories and regions using zTop Marketplace analytics.
Currently, you can only view stats gathered during last update.
I do update the database every day, somewhere around 20 PM GMT.
